8/5/08: Farmington locals Ruth and Gary Milliken rode 114 miles from Deadwood to Edgemont on the Mickelson Trail in South Dakota. They started at 5 am and finished at 8 pm with 10-1/2 hours of ride time!

Anther Durango 100 is in the record books! Thanks to all the volunteers that made it happen! John Poore, our Durango 100 Director, did another great job!

Adopt-A Highway Cleanup

LOCAL BICYCLIST KILLED BY MOTORIST

On Wednesday, May the 7th, Dwight Arthur was hit and killed while riding his bike on West Hwy 64. Read the Daily Times story HERE. If you would like to email the family: Arthur Family Email.

    Female Collared Lizard on Rigormortis Trail, September, 2005. Males have bright turquoise coloring (as on VdA jerseys). These unusual lizards are bipedal and run on their hind legs.
